@aram0492: there are HID systems for the Xenon lights that already have the glass tube for angel eyes... i've seen people piggy-back off the existing ballast and retrofit an HID bulb into the angel eye bulb socket to emit the brightest light possible out of the glass rings... unfortunately for the Halogen users, there is no existing ballast, so you'll end up spending hundreds more on a set of ballasts, HID bulbs, and getting the mod to work vice just spending $200 on LUX's R&D'd LED bulbs... though, from looking at their basic design, you can totally build an LED product much much brighter than what they've built.
as for the HID angel eyes; i'll probably have to drill into the existing halogen bulb angel eye housing, take out the small bulb, and get an HID bulb to fit, problem is, you only have so much space between the backs of the plexiglass tubes [that are the angel eyes] and the back cover [that clips on the create a seal], so unless i drill into that cover to route a ballast it almost seems impossible to make it a purely "plug-n-play" method... if i can get a definitive method utilized that can be reconstructed, i'll totally see about getting a patented kit put together but i don't foresee that happening with my tight budget...

@freon480: btw, I didn't mean to antagonize you at all (if you took it that way)... but yes, i have valeo headlights (as stamped on the clear part of the headlight on top) and they went right into the fitting and secured very snug.
