You're right...if its an 08, 2014 or 100K miles, whichever comes first, from the date of manufacture. For example, if a car was built in Mar 2008, its CPO warranty is good up until March 2014 or 100K.

Now since the car you wanted is gone, I actually bought an 08 e92 335xi 6mt back in 8/2010 which I just traded in to Prestige BMW for an 11' (same car). The car was fully loaded (cold weather, premium, logic 7 which was standard from 07' to 10' e92 335s i think, sport pkg, coral red/black interior and approx 50k miles when i traded it in). I was the second owner and purchased it with just under 16k miles on it and it was mint both when i bought it and when i gave it back. I never modded it nor did the owner before me. I don't know if they still have it but the last time I checked, they still had a sapphire black/black interior 2009 model (~17k miles) with the same options mine had. I believe they're asking $35k and its also 6mt. Haggle with them...maybe they'll give it to you for like $33k (the markup on CPO BMWs sucks). Whatever your decision, good luck my friend!
