Thanks, and yeah, there is a bit of modification to the housing. I used resistors to eliminate the error that usually comes with these being installed, so it was plug and play for me.

Depends. To just add AE's with nothing else, a few hours. For paint/blackout, it takes 2 days or so, since the paint has to be dry and then wet sanded. Of course it can be rushed but that is NEVER good.

I think that just plain nonesense. After getting a side by side comparison the other day, I have to say the clarity of the rings in terms of clear definition between both rings, these complete rings, hands down look better. The leading competitor rings was brighter for sure by a drop, but the lumination of the rings was not defined as clean as these rings. Both are nice but everyone has their opinions on nice! Lol

I know Steve, and the lights are a little less bright for sure when compared. But they also look cleaner than the cutoffs, so there is a tradeoff for either. I think these look great on my car though.

To be honest....Brightness or having AEs brighter doesnt do it for me. Its all about definition. The brightness on the leading AE rings are brighter for sure, but its not uniform at all. The outer ring is really really bright, while the inner ring you actually see the led separation of each led because its not bright at all, the outer one is so bright that it becomes very hazy and blurry if you know what I mean....WIth these complete circle ones both AE rings are identical in clarity and amount of light dispersed. But like I said its my opinion...
