those are nice. A couple of my friends had a house on spring street which is right around the corner. It's quiet over there for the most part. You might have some college kids around there also.

Oh and in regards to the weather, it honestly depends. From what I remember at Marist it was cold enough to snow during halloween though(girls still dressed slutty).

+1 on what was said, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, a good spot to buy/rent.

Snow is weird, sometimes we can go till dec/jan with nothing, or like last year where we got 1.5ft on halloween.

fyi thurs college nights just started at the local bars, couple of my friends who dj at the major spots said it was packed
