That Miura prototype looks amazing. Currently there is nothing that looks anything like it on the market. F12 competition? Definitly

Thanks for sharing. The Lambo museum is better than the Ferrari one.

Dack, this is great! We are headed back over for another Euro Delivery in May and are doing northern Italy. These museums were on my list already, glad to see you approve. I was on the fence about the factory tour, but you sealed the deal...

Funny that I stumbled upon this thread.... I just booked my tour of the Lamborghini factory and museum several weeks ago. I've been wondering for a while how long the tour is since the website does not say and i'm glad I found out of all places on here LOL. The tours now include the production line of the gallardos and aventador since the LP640 ended production..... this thread definitely got me more excited for my own tour!

That white Gallardo towards the bottom. Is that an LP550-2 Super Trofeo or an LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale?

Thanks for sharing!
A few of my thoughts:

1. these pics show the best and worst of the company's history. The beginnings and VW ownership made cars we all desired for. Everything in the middle shows how the company went bankrupt, the various ownerships must have been high. You need both flamboyant cars but that's practical and useful. 100% flamboyant just creates cars that look like crap.

2. The new Aventador is amazing!

3. That V12 engine used for a boat looks insane!!

4. thanks for sharing, but after seeing these photos, I doubt I would spend 40 euros of my own money visiting the museum. The Porsche and BMW museums, that's a different story.

I really enjoyed the Lambo Museum. Much more so than Ferrari's. It was orgasmic event looking at almost every car at Lambo. And the best part was seeing(and smelling) the factory test drivers bring in the latest exotic in for a cool down. Quite cool.

I would recommend anyone who is traveling near Modena to visit Lambo and Mr Panni's small Maserati Museum(s).
