HRE have some 3 pc wheels (840 and 890 series) with the rivets on the inside so you dont see no rivets on the front.

HRE and Vorsteiner both offer Rivetless 3pc wheels

I don't know if DPE does, but I'd be happy to find out for you guys if you like

DPE does not do a 21" at the moment, only 20", 22" and 24". Sorry if the 19-24" post was a bit misleading.
