If you have run flats and are planning on sticking with them for the foreseeable future I'd say absolutely as they seem to be puncture magnets and they ain't cheap to replace. I've had 2 punctures on RFT's in the last 18months where as prior to this I've probably had 2 in 20 years of driving.
