9/24/07: this is total bs. i called on fri to ask if they got all the parts of the oil cooler in. their reply was a yes. dropped car off 8am got my loaner and bounced. about 1 hour later i get a call saying yea were missing two parts for the install. they are being overnighted right now. so now instead of getting my car at the end of the day it is tommorow end of the day depending when the parts arrive from fedex latest being wed. DAMNIT!!!

9/25/07: got call at 4.30pm saying car was finished. got at the dealer at 4.50 to pick up and voila my oil cooler is in the wheel well and also under the hood .

gave me one of those give me a 5 sheets, said thanks, and bounced. the process wasn't that bad. once you get approved its just simply a matter of waiting.

4 questions though.
1. on the loaner car was i supposed to fill the gas tank to full b/c that is how they gave it to me?
2. i gave them the car with estimated 55miles left on gas. i got it back with 8...
3. lastly for those of you who have the oil cooler, do you guys have some wires that are really close to the fan? im worried some of these might get sucked in.
4. if you have the oil cooler how is the tape around the wires? some of mine were loose so i retapped with black electrical tape. does that stand up under the heat?

you don't want to go though the hassle of making a simple phone call...but you want to pay $$$ for a part and install....

the call is not that bad
