ok guys i'm gonna sleep on it and take it from the top tomorrow. If anyone knows why they say to disconnect the battery please post in the mean time. Thanks for all the help that has been provided it looks like i missed something and i'll also try getting the low boost MAP. 1 more thing though I did start up the car and move it about 20 ft before doing the vacuum hoses could that be causing something? Can't wait for V2 so i can break something else!

Valentine-- If you haven't already, fill out a tech callback request from our website and either Dustin or myself will call you tomorrow and walk you through things. Pretty easy stuff... nothing to worry about.

Did you check the wire connectors to fit properly ,the one to the other?
While doing the instalation myself i noticed that the female connector was a "little" bit bigger than it should so the connectors were lose. A couple of other people only faced this issue. I dont know if a lose connection could cause this problem...just trying helping you

Hope you get to the bottom of this.
Seems usually its a simple thing. One of the best ways to find the solution to a problem is to let it go, pay no attention to it,, then wham it happens. Correct Zenmaster? lolol |

Talked to tech support today and I am leaving my battery disconnected overnight and will be working with them again tomorrow. Dustin was very patient with me and I think when we walk through the issue tomorrow we will get it. I am going to post a step-by-step of what we did to diagnose the problem when it is resolved so that anyone who has this problem in the future will be able to take care of as much as they can without having to call. :crossfingers:

I have a feeling that this happens a lot when people go for the install. They disconnect the #6 and #7 wire at the same time, input both yellow looms in 6 and 7 slot, but connect the #7 wire to the loom that's in the #6 slot and vice versa. It's just a hunch.

the wire with #524 stamped on it (on the stock wires) goes into slot 6... and the other goes into slot 7. |

This is how it should be wired... just double and tripple check it.
The yellow wire that went into pin 10 has the number 1324 stamped on it. (which gets connected to green PROcede loom) The yellow wire that went into pin 29 has the number 494 stamped on it. (which gets connected to white PROcede loom) The yellow/white wire that went into pin 6 on the small ecu connector has the number 525 stamped on it. (which gets connected to one of the yellow PROcede looms) The yellow/white wire that went into pin 7 on the small ecu connector does not seem have any number stamped on it (which gets connected to the other yellow PROcede loom) |

Install the wires according to Charlie and check if the engine runs with the PROcede bypass plugs installed. This is the first 1st important step which has to work before you continue.

And like others have said, if the car ran fine with no codes with the bypass plugs in, then the wiring was done right. If it's wiring, plugs or no, you're going to throw codes. I have no doubt you'll have this resolved before the weekend.

the wiring was right we checked that using the numbers on the wires and tried with the bypass. tomorrow aftr the battery was disconnected for a while i will start from scratch. As i said earlier Dustin has been a great help and it may be something simple that caused the inital CEL and then it just never cleared. Either way we will see tomorrow.

If you haven't already, check the ground and the power with a volt meter. My install 'looked' perfect, but whenever I plugged the procede in, my car threw a CEL and it had crazy shudders. I checked to see if the Procede was getting power, it wasn't. Stripped the wire - problem solved. Best of Luck - Shiv's people will definitely take care of you!
