Btw my car takes around 8 miles to warm up or 4 miles of stop and go traffic. It can take a while. It's the same for all e90/ usually.

Tyso335 - I definately like the look of gun metal alloys, and I would be tempted to take yours off you, only I haven't got an awful lot of spare cash laying about this month, and I've only just bought new tyres for what I've currently got!

Before I replaced the thermostat, the car would only hit a maximum of 62 degrees, and would take about 30 minutes (~20-25 miles) to get there After replacing the EGR thermostat it would get to around 50-55 degrees within 3 miles, but then slowly increases to a maximum of 78/80, so I'm hoping replacing the main thermostat will make it warm up alot quicker and make it able to get up to the 90 or so degrees most others are running at. |
