Didn't Turner Motorsports state in their product description of their ECU reflash that it included the limiter removal?

Nope it's not on their website. This also means that the rev limiter is also the same as stock.

I know a little story about the Turner software. Will has some friends in Germany and I believe that flash software is from inside BMW. They are the only ones flashing software and they have no software engineers at that company. My guess is they could alter top speed and revs if it is BMW software but I also think that BMW would deny they supply that software.

It really makes me mad that a stupid option like tires determines if your car gets an oil cooler and or a higher speed limiter.
