No worries cyprio!
Its a personal preference, i believe you can't really go wrong with any of his tips . I have seen these kind of tips (can't remember if they were these style exactly but they were CYBA tips) on Mr Singhs E91, and they looked mean! Last edited by mob17; 03-20-2013 at 01:04 PM.. |

I'm really surprised they have the same bore size, I always thought they slotted in with a smaller connection. Hotcoupe posted a pic of his and I'm sure his did, will have to review my old thread.... |

I didn't realise that they were the same bore size.
I've left a post on Cyba's thread asking him if they will fit straight over the 335 oem exhaust, but I suspect he will confirm what you have mentioned. Will have to take Mob's route, a good job that Mob brought this up in his first post.

Nice work! I got the same ones!!!
You clearly have good taste I decided to have mine similar to yours. I did not want them to stick out very far. I was thinking of going 4" but as you said they don't do them in the size sadly Pics with my old wheels on. |

Mate that looks awesome, especially with the diffuser!!! I also want to get the performance diffuser at some point in the future and i was thinking of waiting until i do to weld the tips on, but due to other planned mods and commitments that will have to wait so i just put them on now! Have you found them relatively easy to keep them nice and shiny? Did you bother applying protectant? |

Cheers mate. Keeping the, shiny is hard. I just give them a good scrub every time I wash the car. I haven't got anything specific for the chrome tips... Just elbow grease haha

The tips slid over the pipe and simply screwed down onto the pipe. The tips Cyprio posted are the same (ish) bore size as the OEM pipe, so need welding on after cutting off the OEM tips. Tips on the left are from Cyba, the tips on the right are the original st/steel tips that came with the custom exhaust.

Is the top leading edge of the tips level with the diffuser cutouts or slightly inside?

He's come back, saying, yes they will fit no problem, though I think he means they can be welded onto the oem bore (not fitting over the top), as already mentioned by hcoupe.

Yes they will have to be welded onto the oem bore... It just means you have to be accurate with how much. You cut off as you cannot adjust it easily.
