Angry

Arrrrgh ok so I've just had an update..

My car is "95% fixed"

(quoting from the service manager) - "the wheel is great, the KDS is done and everything is in spec and as it should be. Ian the engineer has gone out and tested the car extensively to get rid of all the rattles. You have new seat mounts, new centre armrest, new rear seat mounts, new trim panels, new almost everything. You'll be very pleased with the results I think."

"OK, so why is it only 95% fixed?" (<~~~ ME, being a bit worried)

"Well, everything is done apart from that little dent. The dent man came out yesterday, and says that he can't fix it using his tools. Apparently where the dent is, it is at shoulder height and the dent man can't get enough leverage on his tools to push the dent out in between the body panels - it's too far in."

"Oook, so can't he use a suction thing to suck the dent back out?"

"Uh, no. The dent is too close to the leading edge - can't get any suction there."

"Riiiiiiight then, so how does this dent get fixed?" (Now I'm getting a bit annoyed)

"Well sir, it involves paint..."

Sorry to hear of your woes, perhaps one of the Mods on here could change your username to E92Ex-Fan

Hope it resolves eventually
