Not an easy one that.
The matt grilles will suit it better imo, just to break up the Black.

i am thinking matt black myself to break up the black same reason i had the wheels repainted
not many other plans at the minute but some times ebay has ways of changing your mind or seeing some tidy little bits this is my daily driver now so trying not to to alot to it as my crx delsol from top picture needs a new engine and alot of work this year so cant spend all my cash on the E92 lol |

What an unbelievable comment! An indicated 80mph on the speedo is probably only 75 anyway!

Glad to hear you're ok and your son.
So many retarded donkeys on the roads these days. Unbelievable. 80mph on the motorway is normal, provided the conditions are clear. It's the fcuktard drivers that deserve a good slapping. |

Glad you and your son are ok. Thats the most important thing. Must have been a bad experience , been in a similar accident before. I wont blame you for trying to forget about it. You can be careful on driving on the roads, it just needs one stupid person too cause a accident like this. Glad i got a BMW now, much better than the smaller cars.
Nice Choice on the 335d, Nice colour. The black rims is like marmite. Love it or hate it. Look Forward for the Mods mate. |

Sorry about your accident, although I am quite impressed really at the way its held up at the front, especially at 80mph into a stationary vehicle.. Gives me a little confidence.
New one looks nice too, and as others have said, lip spoiler will look nice on it imo. |

And you all know that on fastest lane of M25, nobody drives at 80MPH. It is usually more than that unless there are average speed cameras. OP, nice car and congrats on being safe. However, I do not agree with most of the things stated. 23:00 at M25 which is properly equiped with motorway lights. It is usually quiet at that time unless you were driving over the weekend. If a car is stopped and parkd on Lane 4 with all the lights off, you can spot it from 1 mile and at least from 500 yard (if you are concentrating) and that gives you enough time to change the lane or brake. One can ask, would you really need to travel on lane 4 at that sort of time especially if it was quiet? And if it was busy, there is usually a traffic build up in such regions where car is broken on a motorway. If your reasoning is that 3rd party lights were off, were you headlights working? Again, not discouraging / questioning you and hope that claim settles in your favour....but whole story doesn't make sense to me and I am nobody to judge you. Just making my point what I felt. You have proved one point though that BMWs are safe cars. Good luck with the new car and hope you enjoy it safely.

Definitely a good choice getting the rear diffuser, the stock greyish one just doesn't look right against the black imo.
Was super happy when I done mine black. Also like someone said, a better choice for the spoiler would be the m3 lip, nice & subtle but looks good. Check out my build thread in my sig if you like, seen you were asking opinions on the kidney grilles, I was undecided too then ordered up a set painted in black sapphire metallic to match & looks great

Glad you and your son are ok mate.
One question though, if the Highways were aware of the car parked in the fast lane and had no warnings up, while the hell aren't you suing them!??! |

It's easy bud, just get an 8mm socket, and lay on your back, stick your head under the rear valance, remove all 6 or 8 bolts, then it'll come off
5 min job, off and on HI Tom
