A few weeks ago I was told E40 was the cut off on our Stock LPFP, but since I am running maximum E50 (calculations are based on 85% (E85) and 10% premium) should I be concerned? Booster Pump is definitely on my top lists, but hoping for a Plug-n-Play soon.

without a flex fuel sensor to know for sure but I could easily be running E40 - E45 so in reality I am not pushing the limits too hard.

My take, if you're car will support it run it. If you get a fueling issue, upgrade the LPFP or drop back to 30%. Eventually you'll end up replacing the LPFP, so if you want plug n play, go pay for the FFTEC solution. Sorry, I know that isn't very helpful, but I've had a lot to drink and it was a hela day at Shift Sector.
