BTW, I've added pictures to the original post.

Until your buddy comes out to find his tires slashed. We'll see how funny he thinks it is then....

I've gotten to the point where I use my cell phone camera to snap pics of the cars' license plates that are parked next to me. This is especially true of beater cars (which I try to avoid at all costs, but sometimes is unavoidable.)

But the other day some jerk in an E46 325i convertible parked so damn close to my door that I had to crawl in from the passenger side. There just wasn't any room for me to get in my door. I was hoping that those that drive more expensive cars in better shape would be more considerate. Nope, plenty of fucking careless jerks drive nice cars too....

Hmm, that's pretty cheap for this type of dent. 3 out of 4 estimates have said it's not possible to fix, so I'm thinking the typical dent repair shop could do this for 100 but not to 100% satisfactory.

I leave a little surpise for the owner of the other vehicle when they come out to their car. They will think twice before doing it again.

Came out of the surgery for my son's tonsils, parked in a nice stall originally, between two MBZ. This is a garage with a guard. I'm in the compact spot and come out to an H3 freaking 3 inches from the side of my car!!!! I had to crawl over the seats to get into the driver side.

I took a picture, just in case there was damage, then left them a note along the lines of "Thank you for parking in the COMPACT spot, luckily at this hospital not ALL the people are geriatric and can still perform gymnastics to get to their driver side, Have a Nice life"

The guard walked by the area, I pointed and shrugged my shoulders like "WTF?" and he just put his head down and kept walking. Obviously he's highly motivated as well.

gotta learn to park better, far away, at an angle hogging the corner (no car next to you on the side youre hogging), parking where the cars are only in front and behind, etc.

Sometimes I don't have such wonderful oppertunities to park. Often I'm set but even a douche bumped my rear bumper today at 7am on a road where no cars were around me and he had to park behind me and shit hit my car.

Need to put a spike strip down so don't pass a certain amount of feet lol

For this reason i take my old saab 9000 when i know i'll be parking in a lot... one of the good things about have having dark grey plastic trim around the whole car is the anti-ding protection.... had the bimmer 2 weeks and some asshole dinged my door and chipped it down to primer... then i got hit by an x5 and had to get the door painted (blending fender) and just had to pay 50 bucks for the ding pulling, the rest was insurance.
