Installed my VRSF 5" the other day too! It was definitely a breeze with the exception of the clam on the passenger side. I used a power tool grinder and angled it in there to grind the clamp off. I totally cut into the rubber factory rubber, but we wouldn't need it anyways. I also Reccomend using some sort of lube to get the hose in all the pipes as well. Have fun y'all!

Question: Is there any problems doing this on ramps?
I don't have access to a lift and it would seem like a PITA without one.

Thoughts?

I installed mine without jacking the car up. I'm at stock ride height however.

Don't expect that "wow" feeling when hitting the pedal. I have the 5inch. I will say when flooring it around constantly,my car didn't feel as sluggish after couple pulls. So to me it's worth it

I'm lowered about an inch, so it seems like it wouldn't be much room to operate. I changed my oil last week and that was a PITA.

Quick question, I got a vrsf intercooler but weren't sent any screws for mounting it, can I just re-use the stock screws???

As I understand it, the screws that come with it are beefier than stock. At least for the 7" IC.

Get in touch with Tiago and he'll let you know what size screws - in case you want to pick a couple up on your own.

Double check everything though. Pretty sure mine were taped to something.

We tape the screws to the box or the lower charge pipe when shipping them out.

I'd definitely recommend using the larger screws, just shoot us an e-mail with your order number & we'll get a set sent out tomorrow morning
