I would get the mathmatical symbol for infinity on the ankle...
1) It is pretty much a skaters figure '8' 2) It is symbolic of ever-lasting life 3) The expression of infinity means 'never-ending' like the life long struggles we all go through... You could get it outlined to look like it is on ice too... Happy skating... SCOTT

I have thought of the infinity symbol before actually but I wouldn't do ankle, was thinking of the lower hip like spool said. My birthday is only two weeks away but Ihave been wanting a tatoo for years. There are certain ideas I keep coming back to but nothing I have made a final decision on and I thought it would be nice to get a wide range of suggestions and see if it changes my mind or confirms some general idea I had. As far as waiting til next birthday - this year is a big one, not just a random birthday and thats why I was thinking about timing it with this.

Then get that infinity sign on ur lower hip, make it about an inch long, 1/2" tall...just to see what it's like...place it so that when u wear a bikini u can see it, or low rise jeans, real low
tattoos don't hurt at all, if anything, they burn...the feeling u get after someone slaps you repeatedly

see, when people take what little they know about me and come up with something I already had in mind it makes me feel a little more secure about doing it. I was thinking making the infinity symbol look more three dimensional with shading or color might be cool too.

So a lady wants to do something special for her husband, and knows he loves BB King. She decides to get BB on her cheeks so he can think of the music when they're "intimate" She decides to do it for his birthday.
The husband comes home and she tells him she has a surprise in the bedroom. She goes in first, strips, and hops up on the bed doggy-style, then invites him into the room. "Who the hell is BOB?" |

Bah, old is in your head...
The only advice I can give is to make certain it's something meaningful to you. So many folks running around like mentally deficient human billboards. Tramp Stamps, Ankle Art, Geek Bands, on and on... Just the same old crap. Pick your artist carefully, find a friend that has some drawing skill, or just tell an artist what it is you want, what you're thinking about, and what it means to you. They will usually come up with something that will blow your mind... Good luck. If all else fails, head to your local Harley shop, they frequently have a lot of Ink, and know who does good work.

"DNR" on your chest?
Mirrored figure skate 'ass antlers', with "<29" between them. http://www.urbandictionary.com/defin...rm=Ass+Antlers So far, you've revealed that you're into figure skating, and you're at a transition point in your life. Maybe a little more to go on here. A creedo? A favorite personal virtue, something that you aspire to? From the movie Kiss of Death Little Junior Brown (Nicholas Cage): I have an acronym for myself. Know what it is? B.A.D. B.A.D... Balls, Attitude, Direction. You should give yourself an acronym... 'cause it helps you visualize your goals. Jimmy Kilmartin: How about F.A.B.? Fucked At Birth. Little Junior Brown: No good. Too negative. Maybe an acronym you could share with us? |
