I've updated the listing for the latest mileage and another monthly payment has been made. Because another payment has been made I've lowered the cash incentive from $2,000 to $1,700. This keeps the pre-tax payment at $417 or roughly $483 if you include a wheel replacement.
There are now only 8 months left in the lease. |

I'm not sure how lease transfer works, but I'm interested. If I was to take over the lease how much would I owe to buy the car out completely and not have to worry about monthly payments? Feel free to PM if you'd rather talk in private.

The way a BMW lease transfer works is that I contact BMW Financial and tell them I am going to transfer the lease. I pay them $500, then you have to go fill out a BMW Financial form for them to perform a credit check. If you pass the credit check, they transfer the lease to you and then it is 100% yours. You will have the same pre-sales tax payment I have. Your total payment will be different since it will be based on your address as to how much sales tax will be in your monthly payment. |
