yea I wasn't texting luckily at that time lol. I watch the roads on construction zones cause I broke a fender once from a pothole.

my uncle has a shop, all work is getting done there, thanks for recommendation. after an accident, idk if I want to keep her. if I do, vossen cv3's black w/ machine face in 19's would suit her well. bbs' are curbed on drivers from the dividers and front right took a huge crap from the hit.

WOW dude that sucks. thank god you are ok and people really help you out calling 911 and reporting him, he will get what is coming. I was in a similar situation once. I am sure he did not see you, but I don't believe for a second he did not feel or notice he hit you. This is a hit and run period and he should get what is coming.

Trucks are a pain in the ass especially old POS ones that have parts / tries blowing falling off. At least someone got their info, as I had some POS brake pump part fall from the trailer (not a load but an actual part from the trailer and I think it was an air pump) and shattered my wheel, bent my strut, damaged the bumper, fender liner, headlight etc... all in the tune of 2800$. At least I had full cover insurance so only $500 deductible. I'm thinking about a dash cam since you can't really avoid these at times.

yea I got really lucky or everything would be out of pocket for repairs. if he looked at his rear view after he changed lanes, he would have seen my car destroyed.

yea that sucks. dash cam is so worth it, going to get it if I keep the car, even shattered my windshield which I just replaced.... I have a 500 deductible also but not going thru my insurance, going thru the truckers so mine doesn't shoot sky high for the accident as im 21.

yea it could have been. I was going to pass him, I just don't speed to pass trucks there because the roads are outrageous. just cruising at 65 or so and he was probably doing 60, I was by the middle of the trailer and he cuts me off.... I brake and start slowly moving to the divider on the left only to not be crushed, scrape up left side and he takes my right front off and keeps going.

If it isn't totaled, you should be able to take him to court for damages on top of his insurance paying for everything. By going to court you may be able to recoup the hit in resale value your car took from being in an accident.

I still need to bring you my wheels to get straighten/painted... I need to get my stuff together and plan more. Too much going on in my busy life.
