How is it not accurate? I think you are confused.
Last time I checked twin turbos are part of the engine. Thus, N54 twin turbo. If you modify the stock engine in any form and fashion then yes there could be possibilities of getting some more top end. I highly doubt it would still rev to the point of S65 or S54 without huge internal upgrades as well as turbos.
