Some might say people who buy 3-series are retarded and only want the brand name. If you can skip on stupid options, other people can also, right? Only question that remains is "Whats considered a stupid option?" Different people have different opinions.

now u are talking about something else. First, my previous car (e90 330i) wasn't fully loaded as I was missing ONE option unlike others. But my ordered 550 has every single option. FYI, we're talking about when can we claim our cars as "fully loaded". I see it everywhere, e90post, bimmerfest...people use fully loaded everywhere. But when you look at their options, it's lacking a lot of features. Esp when selling cars on forums, it becomes very misleading.

E90fanatic........i see we have the same taste in combinations as well haha, we both chose metallic black paint and dark brown leather for our interiors, though you got bamboo, which isnt an option for the E92, and i got aluminum! Nice

yep
calling your car fully loaded when it's not is pretty lame. and in response to the comments about whether fully-loaded is smart or not it's entirely dependent on the buyer, what they like, what they need, and what they are willing to pay for. the only option which was really necessary for me was the sport package. the seats made a world of difference. everything else was just an extra luxury. |

Just saw an ad in a local paper...a dealership was using "Fully Loaded" to identify cars with all the options and the term "Loaded" to identify cars with most of the options.
Either way I think the word itself is "loaded" and should be done away with... |
