Now I have no screen, no audio, and I have the SOS error message in my dash cluster. I pulled the center apart (removed the panel, climate controls, cd player and what I assume is the CIC directly under it), and now have an empty hole in my center dash. All the wires look ok. Do I need to pull the screen? How can I test the CIC to verify that is the problem? Which cable is the one going to the screen (and part number or URL to order a new one)? How can I tell if it is damaged, or do I just order a new one and hope it works?
This is so frustrating!

The cic is gone since there’s no audio ...
