So far:

-M-tech steering wheel
-on GB for Bavdom Intake
-on (3rd) GB for matte black kidneys grills and painted reflectors

I'm thinking of going mostly cosmetic mods during the break-in.

Next up will probably be the M-tech body kit and the CF rear diffuser from DD/Tokion!

I want to get snow tires and new 19s and tires in the spring, but I'd really not have to deal with selling the stock runflats. I wonder if the local Discount Tire would let me trade them in for a decent amount.
I have the stock 17" with the all-season run-flats. I WAS going to keep those as winter tires and get a new set of performance tires with my new rims come spring. Are the all-seasons that comes stock no good for winter?

The all-seasons are definitely better than the performance tires, but not ideal. Here is a pic someone posted in another thread that sums it up:

Sunami Turbo Noise Simulator
BBK Brembo-look plastic caliper covers

j/k

I've actually been on a cleaning/nesting frenzy in my garage to prep it for the new arrival. Fortunately, I already have a lot of the requisite detailing material. I only have ONE mod on order so far: Clutch delay bypass valve.

I'm slow to mod, but never EVER stop once I start. I think my second mod will be a LSD. Then wait for all the piggyback nonsense to iron itself out . . . then contemplate that in the spring.

I know what you mean about nesting -- that's the perfect word for it! I installed a spigot and hose reel in my garage last week, so it'll be a lot easier to wash my baby every weekend in the winter (the hose is usually frozen otherwise):

I'm no expert, but the consensus seems to be that it's the best and/or very good stuff. I'm going to try it out for the first time today on the Jeep (don't have the Bimmer yet).
