It will be 3 figures cost.

Correct. You can upload your music to hard drive.

You'll need combox retrofit if you want usb to read your ipod / iphone.

ok having seen the extra cost of the combox i think is several hundreds extra and i dont have an iphone that would not bother me, yet the rest seems interesting at that kind of cost, hard to know as i have only lay knowledge about it all, as i see it to me, sat nav and all the fancy idrive stuff i gain, thats in J terms

If I have bluetooth / combox in my current CCC, if I upgraded to CIC do I need to have a new CIC combox to keep my bluetooth integration?

Combox never came with ccc.
You may have mulf / high mulf.
You can keep it with CIC retrofit if you don't want fancy combox stuff. And you'll have your bluetooth.

No worries.

I forgot to mention that combox also gives you A2DP option. So you can stream your music via bluetooth.
I'll edit my earlier post to reflect that.

Afsar is gong to pull the vin from the CIC system one eve this week.

Thanks guys for the input.

We had Internet connectivity issue and no sound on 6FL.
All sorted after few hours of investigation.

On a plus note, maps were updated to 2013 v.2. And we discovered that Jammy had heated seats.

So retrofitted/ coded the heated seats and LCI climate control. All worked well!

Its telematics Version. Its BN2000 (Generic classification). I did not take the exact model number.

Fantastic job done again from makkan00...... he not only sorted out all the issues - he established my seats were heated & that my car had the correct wiring..... 30mins later my car had fully functional heated seats!

Talk about an unexpected find!

I can't recommend this install enough- worth every penny! Also, makkan00 ability - he is the man to see for coding & all retrofit needs!

I'll start a new thread soon - as I've retrofitted quite a lot of oem options... it might help someone out!
