The Alpine H800 has autotune and it also allows you to make adjustments. From what I've read about it, its alot easier to work with than the ms8.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had the impression that it wasn't a standalone solution, but now that I look at the online description, I must have been confusing it with an earlier Alpine product.

+1 If I didnt already have a dsp, I would be using this. But I can't justify spending the money since mine does everything I need. I'm using an Audio Control DQX with the DDC controller. It's not as flashy as the newer DSPs. But it does what I need it to do. I can run the fronts (passive) the midbass and the sub. It has a solid xover and a 30 band independent eq with 2 parametric eq bands. |
