I think you might be onto something. Can you take a pic of your entire CP? I have an ETS CP and my BOV does seem to have a drastic angle towards the side of the car as you are showing in your pic. Granted I have an HKS but the flange shouldn't make that big of a difference.

Sorry I have not responded as of yet. We have been in contact with TXTT via email. We are taking a look at what happened to this particular charge pipe and expressing another one to him to resolve this issue. We would have responded on Monday when the first email was received, but we were closed due to Labor day.

Call ETS if you believe the product to be defective. Outside of that, the only advice I can give is to get the ER charge pipe and move on with your day. I’ve never heard of fitment issues or the like with ER’s version. There isn’t much that can be done outside of that. This isn’t GE you’re buying from, these are small aftermarket companies with limited QC.

Good for you man; glad you had a questioning attitude and didnt just accept a defective product and try to "make it work". Hats off to ETS for taking care of you as well.
