Sorry I have not responded as of yet. We have been in contact with TXTT via email. We are taking a look at what happened to this particular charge pipe and expressing another one to him to resolve this issue. We would have responded on Monday when the first email was received, but we were closed due to Labor day.

Anyone else have any issues with the silicon coupler being to big to even fit the stock connector?
