To me a good vendor is one that will work with you when there is a problem not make comments like " Well than you should've bought new" or implying that his concerns were petty when he just spent over a grand on a product that was described as new.

I just found out that he screw another member on this forum, so it was not a one time thing. Would you have preferred that no one post their experieince after making purchases from Trendix and Europassion? By others doing the same as I did it prevented many of our members from getting shafted.

WOW SO FIRST ITS THERE DIRTY!!! BUt pictures cant capture what im talking about is EXACTLY WHAT U SAID THEN AND KNOW!!! Im sorry if they were dirty but any picture would be able to show it!
BUT Know months later there all teh sudden CRACKED> WOW how come u never mentioned this before?? NOT one PM did u ever mentioned they were cracked..Im sure u got pissed off and dropped em is what it looks like to me! SCANDULUZ!!! Your lights are non adaptive,,, Rollers are adaptive just to clear your thoughts! And your lights have nothign wrong with them at all u clearly said they just had some little scratches on them. If u were that anal u could pay a detailer to buff them out for cheap its really not that hard!! Im sorry guys these were clearly described as USED "like new" that means normal road wear/tear still exists..AFter all they are still HEADLIGHTS!!!!!

One more thing "like new" also doesn't mean pay someone to make them like new again either, but if you would have said try and get them fixed and you would help with some of that cost, that would have been respectable. Are you helping roller with that cost? When you detail someones car, if you scratch it, when you turn the car back to the customer would you say "Hey isn't this the best work you ever got? Scratch? Well that's just part of the process if you want to be that anal take it somewhere else and get it buffed out."
