If I were running these with Koni yellows, would you suggest changing the bump stops as well?

I have the bmw performance suspension minus the springs waiting to go on my ride...would these pair well? I had been considering eibach sport springs until i came across this post.

Did you purchase a set and did you have rubbing issues? i'm curious as to the ride height versus eibach pro kit. I am needing some additional ride height because I am having wheel/fender rubbing issues in the rear of my e90 lci. |

No, progressive springs from H&R and Eibach may lower the car more so you will have less bump travel. The progressive nature of those springs may also allow the suspension to bottom on the bump stops create a less than ideal ride quality. H&R and Eibach may also settle over time further reducing compression travel and increase the chances of bottoming.

I have an e90 330i pre-lci (car has 91,000 miles and am planning to upgrade some parts to M3 bits (front control arms, maybe rear bushings, etc.),Apex wheels, non-run flat - conti DW.
Have been reviewing several options based on my driving habits (90% DD/10% track) Would you recommend koni yellow / swift (if available for 330i) or koni FSD / swift? Have also been toying with the idea of Koni FSD / BMW PS and e36 M3 / Z4 bump stops. Thoughts? Appreciate any feedback. |

Any pics of these installed preferably on a e92?
I have HR sports and Koni yellows now. Enjoy the ride quality but want a slightly higher stance (just a tad more clearance) and wish to reduce rear squatting when carrying passengers. I'd love to see it first though. Btw, got my setup from you |

Lowering is 1" front and .8" in the rear so you can compare that to the H&R Sport. And remember, the Swift will not sag over time and is higher rate to start with so rear squat will be reduced. |

Just FYI, here is a picture of these springs running on OEM ZSP shocks.
Should I have thrown different bump stops in? The only issue is that the rear is a 'tad' lower than the front, any way to adjust rear ride height slightly with stock shocks? |
