I wasn't too happy to hear that, however because my goal was to actually sell
the house, I either had to make it worth more (put more $ into it) *or* lower
my price.

I opted for the latter and offers were tendered.


The reason your steering wheel has not sold is the same.

You can keep bumping the thread - and not selling it - or you can gold plate
it *or* lower the price.
