okay, nothing wrong with springs, nothing wrong with their setup.
The front sway bar, however, was not installed correctly. It was installed UNDER the steering arm so the steering is still messed up right now. i put the car back to stock and im going to take it to dealer to fix my steering. in order for me to install the sway bar correctly i need the UUC tie rods which i already ordered this morning. i think a set is 110 bucks. i will post pix of how it should be done so people dont mess up their cars like i messed up mine. Anyway, when i put the car to stock i realized that my turning radius was HUGE, almost like an 18 wheeler and steering was very tough (coz it's hitting the sway bar). but now it's all normal with a slight pull in both directions. |

It made a clunking sound when going over bumps and bent the tie rods that connect from the shocks to the sway bar. It aslo bent the shock brackets. Installer ended up replacing front coilovers, sway bar, top hats, sway bar mounts, and end links. Quite a costly mistake on their part. I never had any steering issues though, but I think UUC sway bar is bigger than the H&R bar, so that might be why I didn't have any steering issues. I have heard many horror stories of installers screwing something up with the front sway bar. Why can't they read instructions, or at least at what they are taking off before they start.

Study and understand how your car works. Then you will be able to DIY, or at a minimum be an informed customer. This is not rocket science. Wait a minute, given some of the 1/4 mile times folks are posting up, maybe it is rocket science.
