If you do not understand why no one would make a one piece exhaust from turbo to exhaust tip for this car, or really, any car, you probably aren't familiar enough with the platform to even be looking into modding it. What I recommend is that you search, and search, and then search some more. Try to find the answer yourself, and then maybe consider posting a thread for it if you cannot find an answer. Also, google makes a much better search option than the forum's search.
Obviously you didn't read the whole thread so I'm not going to explain any further. It couldn't be a whole one piece exhaust it wouldn't be practical but one system.

Garage List
Ummm STI turbo back exhausts are not one piece. They are in fact three pieces: downpipe, mid pipe and axle back. Every manufacturer does it this way....

Smart. Blow em up so rob won't rebuild em. Also, an exhaust isn't gonna max you on this car dude. I suggest you do A LOT of reading about how far this platform has come.

What so I can get an extra 200 bucks off? This wasn't the point of my thread Jeff actually answered my questions quite fine. I don't see anywhere in my build where the exhaust will hold me back because I'm not out to make huge power by any means. More of the answer why was it not done, you came at me with a duche bag response so I replied to your negativity. I didn't come on here to argue but just to see avenues that I didn't see come up through any of my research.

You must have never installed downpipes on an n54. They have to be separate from the exhaust or you could never install/remove them. It is just like buying headers then a full exhaust. They do not come together

Hey guys...
I germany we have a big discussion about the best n54 exhaust system just for the power!
The most guys say that a turbo engine doesn't need any back pressure...
So it would be the best to drive completely catless (just for the power, remember!)
BUT... We have some guys here who did an other experience...
A good friend, driving an N54 with Vargas and an e50 ptf map had catless DP and the stock catback (400cpsi ceramic)...
As he went to completely catless... He said that it felt like he really lost some torque...
And we had 2 or 3 other guys saying that....
So what really is the best system for the best performance!?

Best regards from Germany Wolfgang

AR catlessDP bolted up to my HPF gen 2 and poof... turbo back 3.5inch exhaust. and its BAD ASS! simply selling the parts together is what your asking for there will never be a part that negates the stock DP connection points because of the twisting and turning of the individual pipes to get them into there. and from a vendors point more people are going to spend 600 on the DP section rather than 2500 on everything.

answer your question?
