35% is good enough and it's the legal limit in MA

To stay legal, I've heard one can get a Eye Dr. to note you "sensitive to
bright light" and have tint darker then state legal defined limits. Anyone out there go this route? |

Thanks! I really want some black lines to make the rear lights look better. What I really need are some countermeasures. I'm thinking V1 and a laser jammer of some sort.
I rolled through 5,000 today, so it is time for an oil change! ![]()

I've got 20% on only the rear window, with 35% on all the door windows. I think it's perfect. The exterior color is Montego Blue and the interior is brown Terra leather (on black everything, and burl walnut wood). I've had 20% on my door windows before (my last car) and it's just too dark... it especially affected my visibility while driving at night and I didn't like that at all. With 35% on all the door windows and 20% on the back window it keeps the interior plenty dark or shaded, but you can still see at least a little bit of the interior from the outside during daylight, but visibility from the inside isn't too bad at all.
