if a jb2 car is making 305-310 whp and xede and v2 are suppose to make 360-370 whp..
I see and believe that jb2 cars are keeping up with xede and v2 cars.. but how is this possible.. "real world performance" just dont see a 40+whp difference doesnt make a huge difference from a jb2 to xede/v2 |

Taken from Terry's website.
the JB2 offers additional boost and significantly richer air/fuel targets. Gains average 35-45 rear wheel horsepower and 45-60 rear wheel torque. What fuel are you runing 91 or 93? |

What's more important than max HP figures is the area under the power curve. Anyone have the Xede/v2 power curves handy?

I haven't heard much about JB2 hanging with V2s other than one match up where JB2R walked a V2. The JB2 is on par with PRocede 1.47 and the Xede, but I don't think there is enough matchups with V2 to make a fair comparison. |

Drag times are all about conditions and drivers. A 40-150mph race using the similarly equipped cars is the way to go. Remember with the sport package, you have heavier wheels, tires, bigger brakes and heavier adjustable seats. A fully equiped car vs. a bare bones car can weigh a good 50-100lbs more I'm guessing...

That's substantially lower than I expected. With all the bench racing on here, I thought these cars were at least as fast as 1.47 or AA XEDE cars, but I think a 1.47 or XEDE car would walk away from a JB2 car.
I made 70whp with my v2 over stock, and on a Dyno Dynamics! With the 2.0.2 map, I expect at least 360whp on a Dynojet, and I'm 100% stock otherwise. The fact the thing doesn't control fueling is the nail in the coffin to me. |
