on a side note I have recently tuned in a 15 psi map for use with a small bottle of Torco acclerator. The Torco is really cool cause its a 10 oz bottle(about $10-makes 97-100 octane depending on how many gallons of pump gas its mixed with) you can carry in your car and mix with pump gas. I am planning on getting the car dyno'd with the 15 psi map on 93 octane and then adapted to 93+torco.

What are the IAT's you are seeing on 15 psi? Do you need race gas on that amount of boost? I would think 93 octane should suffice still at that boost level if you can control timing.

well its been pretty cold here and I haven't really scanned ait. I will take a look at that. I have been running the 15 psi map on my car on 93 octane the last couple of days.

Have you had any issues with limp mode, loss of power, etc? The last thing I'd want to have happen is to get stranded on the side of the road during my frequent long road trips.

This is very good news.

With the 15psi map, is the octane booster needed for a larger safety margin since you have been running it on 93, or is it for a more aggressive tune?
