The 335i is doing well. I met up with the Atlanta B5 S4 guys a couple of months ago at a dyno session so it was just like old times; albeit with a non-Audi.

Um if that S4 is indeed a Stage 3, then your probably not gonna walk it with just a ECU mod. Depends on the level of the stage 3, but many stage 3 audis have at least $9,000+ under the hood, many make over 400whp. Honestly in my opinion a stage 3 Audi is very underrated, I guess unless it has a body kit or something, most people assume it is slow and a easy kill. But then again, an Audi owner pays $9,000 to $10,000 (many times much more) and all they can walk is bolt on 335is, EVOs, Camaros, Mustangs, and STIs, kind of seems like money could have went further with a different car. But Audis have some very nice interiors.
