... and the 330D has more power and basically the same fuel economy.

OK, so thought I would post these at the end of my old thread insted of starting a new one seeing as it is not strictly BMW or E90 related!

Changed the 320CD for an S3, gave it a good clean over the weekend, and here are the pics:

Lovely car..... and a gorgeous dog!!!

S3 really looks the part, i particularly like the 2-tone leather - really suits the gunmetal grey paintwork.
Will you be tempted to chip it? Think they can go nicely to about 300bhp

Hi,

Thanks for the comments...

Was a new one which was on it's way to be a dealer demonstrator so got an OK deal on it, plus it hadn't been registered so its an 08 57.

GIAC make a good remap for it, up to 310, can go up to 330 but you really need to put a different exhaust on for that one, and some other bits. Right now the 265 is more than enough for it, it's almost too quick in some situations.

Also wouldn't want to remap it until it has a fair few miles on it and any potential of early component failure has gone... oh and then there is the modified car insurance hassle on what is already a group 18 car!
