Well the gearbox is out of the GT3 and on the bench ready for tear down & inspection!

Our next project has begun in the assembly room. This is a full race spec Integrated Engineering 2.0L Stroker build that will be going into a B6 A4!



This Porsche is in for a bit of chassis work. There is a known issue for the rear sway bar mounts on the body to tear away due to regular stress after the years. Not a problem, Porsche makes an update re-enforced & gusseted plate to be welded back onto the body!

Now back to recap the repairs on the 996 GT3 . . . So while we have the gearbox apart on the Porsche GT3 we took the opportunity to replace the factory clutch assembly. As seen here, we decided to weigh out the complete unit, to show what gains other than drivability the owner will see with the new setup we have put together for him.



Now for our custom assembled Porsche Motorsport replacement clutch assembly . . . #weightsavings



Fully Torqued & Labeled.



The parts finally arrived to complete the rebuild of the Porsche GT3 LSD. The old components have been replaced with upgraded units from Guard Transmission! Time to get back this gearbox back in the Porsche!









The expansion, 100% shop space utilization is complete now, with the final two lifts being installed and now functional!

Oh yea, and we have a damn SNAKE in the shop!



The Shelby is owner by a long time customer who we have previously built VW & Audi's for. On his latest purchase he went back to his roots, and ordered this brand new Shelby that he plans to avidly drag race! The first mod to the new GT500 was getting some better rubber on the backend!









Time to correct the oil consumption problems with Audi A5 2.0TFSI! Today it is getting a complete new set of pistons, rings, as well as updated timing timing chain components!



This Audi RS5 is in for a complete chassis transformation this week! We are installing a full KW suspensions DDC System, SPC Upper Adjustable Control Arms, Full Alignment & Corner Balancing!

Looks like we're the TTRS center for the Tri-State Area. Another was in for some suspension fine tuning yesterday!



A few of the vehicles we finished up the past few days!



B8 A4 in for diagnostics for a noise in the front end of the vehicle. With the vehicle up on our Hunter Rack we are able to examine the front end while the suspension is under load to check for any loose components.



The A5 is running great after its piston replacement this week! Time for it to go back home with its owner!



The KW DDC Controller was all wired into the RS5's CAN system, we can't wait to take this RS out for a test ride!



A lucky GTI owner is going APR Stage 2! We welcome you to horsepower!

Finishing up a large service on this B8 S4 3.0T



This E46 M3 is getting the rear subframe removed to weld in a subframe reinforcement plate upgrade!



B7 S4 just received a complete new fast intentions exhaust system! It sounds pretty mean now!



With the subframe & fuel tank out of the E46 M3 its time to weld in the reinforcement plating!



Its been 3 years in the making for the owner of this AMAZINGLY clean Laser Red B5 S4 Avant, it's FINALLY time to go Stage 3.



E36 M3 is getting some love this AM to correct a nice oil leak at the engine's oil pan, as well as getting a new front subframe!

Busy Busy already this Monday AM! This BMW 3 Series is in for the repair of a nasty oil leak from the engine's oil pan!



We're thinking this week starts a new series "Maintenance Monday's" . . . this Mercedes Benz C280 is owned by a long time customer. We have been maintaining & services his vehicle since it was new. It's amazing want a bit of love & care can do for this C280, 160k miles on it thus far, and running strong!



Progression on the B5 S4 Avant Build. Engine is Out. Timing to get the timing belt service completed while we're here!





This GLI comes to us for diagnostics after a persistent emission related fault, the owners' local dealership wasn't able to resolve.

Another 2.7T build is under-way! This Imola S4 was one of the FIRST B5's in the USA to get the "RS4 K04" Upgrade back upon the initial release of the platform. Time to freshen her up a bit.

The Audi RS5 KW suspensions DDC System is fully installed, aligned, and corner balanced! Now its ready to hit the track!



Starting this short holiday week off with a bit of something different for Jesse, and he is REALLY into it!

Good Morning Everyone! We are back in the shop today from a long weekend at Pocono Raceway with both the Slipstream Racing Events & ///Mpact East. We're starting to go through the photos from the weekend, to start here is our APR, LLC. Stage 3 HRE Performance Wheels equipped Audi TTRS on track ready to see how it holds it weight against the competition!



Our RS5 project received a set of HRE FlowForms in Satin Black. They are 20 x 10.5 inch all around and are utilizing the factory tires! Can't beat that for a direct swap!



It's time for an exhaust upgrade on this BMW 550i! It is receiving a set of AR Designs Catted Downpipes!



Looks like we have some real rubber to mount this AM. SRT10 Viper Owner brought these down for us to give our Hunter Tire equipment a work out with!



Another FlowForm equipped Audi RS5 in upgrading to a set of Michelin's, and Pagid track pads!



Looks like someone got themselves a new Akrapovic Exhaust System for their MK7! . . . oh wait, it's our MK7 GTI! How do you guys like the carbon fiber & titanium turboback?





Often imitated but never duplicated. When the "other guys" can't, WE CAN! Our Hunter Revolution Tire machine showed this R888 345/30/R19 who the boss was, and the Viper owner was happy to hear it!

One of the absolutely nicest RS4's I've ever seen! Glad we have the ability to say the owner is both and customer & friend! This thing kick'd some cars asses over the weekend while only running 93 oct. fuel!



///Mpact East was a great time on Saturday. It was our first time participating in the Motorsport Festival! Although predominantly a "BMW Event" we thought it would be easy to stand out from the rest with a few high horsepower Audi RS models . . . and it worked!
