335is in White goes for anywhere between 41-44k in Vancouver. 38k is actually already over my budget, which is why I'm hoping to be able to talk the seller down.


He just got back into town today, so I've arranged to go check out the car tomorrow. Will be back with updates tomorrow night!

NO just being a non xdrive does not equal being the sport package. You have no sports seats, no sport suspension, no shadow line trim. OP was right

I saw a 2008 335i coupe for sale in North Van for like $15k, sure it doesnt have idrive, sport package and it has over 100,000km on it but on the upside you get an N54 motor and an e92! So if modding is on the menu your better off getting a cheaper one to play with.
You said you you had an X5 so I assume this is more of a play thing

Depends on the country. Ordering mine from the factory I can state that the Canadian E90 RWD 335i model has the following options by default and not the result of ordering a package:

0481 SPORT SEATS FOR DRIVER AND FRONT PASSENGER
0704 M SPORT SUSPENSION
0840 HIGH SPEED REGULATION
02S2 LIGHT ALLOY WHEELS STARSPOKE STYLE 287 WITH MIXED TYRES
02XA SPORT LEATHER STEERING WHEEL WITH GEARSHIFT PADDLES

I couldn't be bothered with the shadow line trim...
