Vishnu has, yes. Even more significant gains with the cone filter when they put race gas an maxed out their PROcede tq settings but their cone filter product is not available yet... If you want something right away, try their ITG filter and then resell it when their Cone Filter comes onto the market...

what is the eta on the vip intake going into production?

Those cone filters will be great for the dyno when they are cool and the hood is open. When 'til they get nice and heatsoaked...

Are you going to be selling the VIP intake or something? You're making an assumption about how the most experienced tuner on this site is going to design his intake and you haven't seen anything on it yet...
