I've gotten into some trouble with law recently but they didnt say anything about smell or sound. Thankfully my windows were down or I probably would have been cited for that. Unforunately I still got written for speed...twice CHP is pretty notorious for minor violations.

Depends on the dealer really. Anything not stock can effect your warranty but my SA said as long as im coming in for service there shouldnt be any problems.
