Anybody know a shop in the East Bay (preferably Livermore / Dublin / Pleasanton) that is open on saturday and can do a DP install? Got quoted $400 at Performance Technic so just want to see what else is available.

Sorry, don't know if this has already been posted. But I'd like to know of any trusted shops in the bay that can do a walnut blast. I've called a couple of shops and they aren't setup to do it. Don't want to take it to dealer for that.

I cannot recommend Performance Technic in Dublin (now Fremont?). I'm new to the Livermore area and went to Performance Technic per the recommendations on this forum for an oil change and DEF refill. Well, they filled the reserve tank instead of the active/primary tank and they said it was already full and it leaked out. Sure enough, 7000 miles later, my SES light comes on, throws a code, then I got the no start until 999 miles. Bought some DEF, and I filled up about ~2 gallons of fluid.
They obviously didn't check which tank to fill properly, especially when the active tank is clearly marked with a blue DEF refill ring. For gas cars, I guess you're ok. For diesels, go to Trackspec instead.
