Nice system guys

I'm going to be in the market again for a new exhaust. Does this system offer a warranty also where is it made?

Would you say the resonated version is as quiet as the original Borla?

I have the resonated system and the smell is really only noticeble at cold start when it's running rich. After warm up I have not noticed a difference.

Good catch. The E90 (sedan) price wasn't updated to the correct price. It's been updated now.

Emil (or anyone else who may be familiar with both exhausts), can you answer this question?

I have not heard the original borla (or any borla exhaust for that matter on a 335) in person.. so it would be hard for me to compare.

All I can say is that our resonated exhaust has a very mild but deep tone that's not annoying in the long run at all. It's a great all around exhaust that gives a great improvement in performance as well!

Compared to any of the exhausts that actually go all the way up to the downpipes (there are some really expensive muffler options out there that are not performance oriented in my opinion since they don't improve the flow of the middle and front pipes) I have to say that our resonated (some say even the non-res) is probably one of the mildest... but it still gives just enough muscle to the tone to enjoy when you want it!

there probly on the boat from china right now. As i learned a week or two ago from an ex renn art guy that they where made in china. Honestly im not suprised, i know how these guys work i used to work there. Idk how it is here on e90 post, but localy they dont have the greatest reputation for quality work. Hell there first exhaust i saw them make was

It mean seem hard to belive, but it wasnt 3 months ago that whole Eisenhaus issue happened, and it had been going on for years. Id hate to see this happen again. Emil, its simple to prove its not made in china, just post something that shows where they are being made.

-- NORTH AMERICAN QUALITY MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION:

This does not say it was made in America. It's really just an ambiguous reference. In any case as a buyer and user of their exhaust it does not matter to me, the quality is there and it looks and sounds good. I suppose if I had purchased it because it was made in North America I would be pissed. It certainly was worth the price.
By the way Emil when will you be getting the shipment: Waiting on my quad tips.

the quality is there, im just getting tired of all this PR junk when it would be better to just say the truth. thats what happened with Eisenhaus. The quality was there, but this leing about where things are made is what got them in trouble.

We're not going to tell you exactly who finally produces our exhaust for us. This is proprietary information, for very obvious reasons. Eric (meric), (not going to go into details about how he was fired after a couple of weeks with us a long time ago.. there's no reason to get personal here), wouldn't know about things like this. We can, however, tell you that it's a huge exhaust manufacturer in North America, who also makes OEM performance exhausts for Audi... This is why we chose them.... so yeah.. not cheap quality China manufacturing. If their quality is good enough for Audi, it's good enough for anyone.

For an update on the status of the big batch of RennART exhausts, we found a couple very minor issues with the first 5 exhausts that went out to the first (nothing big at all) customers, which had to be taken care of for the big batch that's coming in this next week. Thanks for your patience, we're just as anxious as you to get these in stock asap.

Thanks!

/Emil

Geez stop posting so much bullshit. MANY locals are very happy with Rennart, myself included.

I can post up a bunch of threads of happy customers on Euroteknik.com, you know... the site you got banned from.

Rennart has always treated me well when i needed them.
