My smaller hands aren't good for a lot of things.

Well, I first had to get very thin before putting on muscle mass. I couldn't start lifting from 195. I'd just be a strong, fat person.

Trying my best, man! I actually have that same before and after pic up on Tinder to justify my "I exercise often" line of my bio. But I'll be deactivating my Tinder since I've decided to make things work with my main joint. Safe to say, I definitely won't miss it much.

About the hands, i had assumed you upgraded to a larger phone. No?

I actually have lots of pics of fat me, even one with a HR strap.... but they are all naked taken in a full length mirror.

I thought to myself that i should document the process and take the same picture every week and make and animated gif out of it. So i had been doing it for about 10 weeks and one day i told my massage therapist about how i was documenting it. Of course she wanted to see them as she's seen the progress in person. Albeit while under a sheet in a dim room. I was like i can't show you, i'm nekid. She's quiet for a second and asks, so who are you going to show the Gif to? Well, fuck.

I'll take a pic of her when I see her again in May, she's also going through a bodily transformation and we agreed to not see one another for three months so we can start afresh with a new canvas. She's been a bit overweight and I've been working with her on conditioning her mind, and her body to follow.

Actually... Not that much, I do graphics design sometimes and this all took me less than 20 minutes, but everything I did took a matter of days to gather.

Plus, I figured a bit of a timeline would be easier to digest than something I go in hoping to not be a one-page essay and condense it as much as I can, but to my dismay eventually becomes one because I'm not the greatest at deciding which detail to spare and which to keep.
