Shops Update
I wanted to know if anyone has recently replaced their turbos or has gotten any major upgrades completed in the last few months.
I am trying to find the best place but so far it seems like they are too busy to respond to emails, or when i am ready to pull the trigger the price goes up. Just checking here to see if anyone can steer me in the right path. Thanks, |

Aftermarket Stock Location Inlets
Hello, I was wondering if anyone recommends any shops that would install some VTT inlets on stock turbos. I know of two shops, but they are all the way in San Diego. I'm in Mar Vista and I'm looking for a closer shop with reasonable pricing.

There is a guy named Jeef on the San Diego chat thread. Hit him up - he helps a lot guys out there and is familiar with those parts

Go to Speed logic in Fullerton. Rob is the best & takes care of your car. I just had my car walnut blasted this past weekend & what a difference. Well worth it. He even shows videos before & after. Tell him Josh sent you.

I'm in Northridge area (818)

How much was minicorsa charging? I thought their prices were fair when I went for m performance brake install (4 corners) and oil change.

I haven't contacted them yet. I'm just looking for input on shops. I've heard good things about Minicorsa, one of my friend used to go there with his 335i 10 years ago. So I'm gonna get in touch with them about my issue first.

To me time is valuable, and someone who can do the job and do it well and fast can take my money. This was my first time using them so I was pretty impressed, but I cannot speak on more complicated jobs so take this with a grain of salt.

He was even featured in an internal BMW NA alert because he discovered an issue no one knew about. I take my e92 335i there and he's also putting together my Evo engine and builds all the engines for my friend's shop that specializes in Evos. He's not the cheapest, but he is certainly less than the dealer. |

SSR vs. Speedlogic
Planning on walnut blasting, vsrf fmic, charge pipe, oil catch can. Both appear good. Anyone been to both who has a preference? |
