After 40 years of driving, she's my first Bimmer. Just got it in February and love it! (but it sucks that CA requires a front license plate

I've been driving for 10 years in Silicon Valley without a front license plat.. just go for it and install some bumperplugs on it in stead

Ahhh my finally color combo..........

I still don't get why fog lights were deleted on the coupe and retained on convertible. If more cooling was the reason according to BMW, then obviously not an issue on the e93. So what exactly is the reason for this matter, is it a slight engine/compartment layout which requires more cooling for the e92 ? is it cost cutting ?
I just think it looks a little better with fogs on than just a plain plastic.

I know I read somewhere that it did have to do with cooling/airflow.

They added cooling in anticipation that people would track the car. No one in their right mind would get an e93 for the track. I am glad they ditched the fogs. I never use them and it looks. Better IMO without them.
