As far as parking up peoples asses, you won't believe it bro. I just installed a tow hitch on my car and decided to leave that 2" ball on permanently to protect my rear bumper when parking in the city and in stop and go traffic. It sticks out about 5" from the center of the bumper. Parked my car in the city last weekend, and when I got back I noticed the plastic cover for the ball had been shifted inwards which means the dick head behind me hit my car even WITH that tow bar sticking out... imagine if that thing wasn't there. They just don't give a shit about their car or other peoples cars.
