It's Darwin should be able to get 10+ runs in no matter what cars are here. The strip and burnout pad stays open after the event for any grudge races or skids anyone wants to do.
Should have time to get some launching practice Last edited by Brule; 03-20-2016 at 05:28 PM.. |

Found two vacuum leaks.
One on top of one of the turbosmart dvs. Tightened it and it still leaks. One on the inlet manifold nipple i tapped three year ago. I'm ripping into it now to get it fixed |

Pulling inlet manifold off that has a leak behind the nipple sort of.
Patched leak with 2 part hardener that dries like rock. The other image is for ink, its my black cpe charge pipe with grey welded bits to reach ad intercooler. Overall I'm just showing that I pulled this thing apart again. |

Did you fix the leak on the DV's mate?
Depending on how long you've had the leak, your tune could have been compensated around the actual leaks. |

3 year leak, it will probably leak under boost buy if I tighten anymore something will break.
I reset the entire list on the ecu and its still the same. I think now its maf sensor. I have read alot about fuel trims today and i think its maf sensor or sensors. Think I ruled out post o2 with ltft logs. Do you like my black and grey pipe ink? |

Stft should immediately change to compensate and ltft every 30 seconds.
So resetting and doing a 15 min drive should correct the issue if it was boost leak only |

Yea I had a look on ebay and seen one for 86.
It was only going to be a short term need if I got a stock sensor. I was hoping someone that had an upgraded sensor could send me there stock sensor to test.. I'll just miss one track day and drag night. Which I disappointing but ohwell. |

I really need boost by gear to run a good 1/4 I believe.
So I have to change to mhd. Then having the 4 bar sensor will give buraq more control at 20psi which stock was apparently hard to ride the edge of its limits. |
