That sux even more, try taking some Aleve if you can find someone who has it in your office. You may have strained ligaments in your knee from bending and lifting those rims.

I still cant remove my 2 front grills to replace them with the matt black ones I got in Friday. So the spaz in me is still there LOL. Even after lana text me how to do it. LOL
