they're not cold. they feel like they are touching ice but they're not cold, and they're not touching ice. i was feeling the same thru out the night... it's creeping me out dude

If you dislocated your rib it's possible it needs to be set.

you should probably just go get checked out just to make sure... perfect example, i went to a track day and someone ended up clipping my front, and i barely made it to the clay to lay my bike down... wasn't that hard, i rode it out most of the way, no damages, just minor scratches on the fairings...

my wrist started hurting really bad, i just chalked it up to a mild sprain, just iced it and let it be... it got worse, and finally i went to the hospital... it's been about 10 months, i still have pain and discomfort, and i'm probably going to go for a 4th set of x-rays, because i'm hard headed like u...

if you're feeling coldness in your hands, more than likely it's a circulation problem, so somewhere there is a problem in your body, where it's restricting the blood flow...

If you were sparring and you have numbness my best bet is a concussion if u had any hard blows to your head (you did have one to your jaw).
